Ecolysium: Winner of the Huella Mendoza 2025
Ecolysium was recognized as the winning startup of the Huella Mendoza 2025 Hub, highlighting its disruptive innovation for sustainable agriculture and its Impact in Yield, Nutrition, Sustainability, and Negative Carbon.. The jury praised its selenium nanoparticle technology, which ensures more nutritious food and a negative carbon footprint.

Ecolysium Selected for "Incubate 2025": Boosting strategic Growth
Ecolysium has been selected and recognized by the Incubate 2025 program, a key platform for accessing to mentors and strategic capital. This milestone confirms the strength and high market potential of our agricultural nanotechnology.

Ecolysium at Naves-IAE 2024: Outstanding Innovation at the National Level in Argentina.
Ecolysium was recognized for its outstanding innovation at the national level in the prestigious Naves 2024 program (IAE Business School and Banco Macro). The recognition validates our business model for carbon-negative agriculture.

We signed an agreement with the 500rpm foundation so that our products are part of the "Frutillas del Viento" program. The agreement aims to evaluate the bioinputs developed by Ecolysium in 150 strawberry plantations in the province of Chubut.

Ecolysium is the 2024 Winning Startup of the Smart Port Lab Bahía Blanca Challenge, securing first place and a cash capital. This award validates the impact of our technology on the quality and traceability of products for export.

Ecolysium achieves resounding validation after launching field trials of its product portfolio. Our micro and nanotechnology technology is being officially certified by INTA (National Institute of Technology) and CIEFAP , confirming its effectiveness and safety.

The Argentine Nanotechnology Foundation (FAN) awarded Ecolysium First Place in the 2024 Pre-Seed Competition for its disruptive innovation. We were selected by the evaluation committee and were awarded the first prize.
biological technology
A technology platform, multiple benefits
Higher Yields and growth speed
By implementing our technology you can reduce production time and increase crop yield by 30% or more for green leaf, tomato, onion, potato, and soft fruits.
Plant Biofortification and increase in Antioxidants
Our platform allows plants to incorporate more Se, a micronutrient that is deficient in human diets, as well as micronutrients such as Fe, Mn, and Zn. Additionally, the antioxidant levels in plants increase.
Biological Control and Stress Resistance
Biological control against pathogen such as Phytophthora and Fusarium. Stress tolerance and higher yields in fruit production.
Negative Carbon Footprint
Ecolysium achieves a global environmental impact milestone: our bio-input technology has been validated by EIT-Climate KIC for achieving a negative carbon footprint compared to traditional nitrogen fertilizer use.
Why us
Different Products for Different Crops
Based on our platform we are developing a portfolio with several MVPs/products:
- Scalable technology
- For horticultural crops: green leaf, tomato, onion, potato.
- For soft fruit such as strawberry and raspberry
- We are working on products for new productions (walnuts, soybean, cannabis, etc.)

We are revolutionizing crop production with a new generation of Biologicals
Our technology
Our technology combines microbiology and Biogenic Selenium Nanoparticles, offering non-toxic alternatives that not only amplify crop yields but also fortify food. By replacing multiple agrochemicals with a singular eco-friendly solution, we safeguard both the environment and human health from the adverse effects associated with conventional farming practices.
